Voyage Maintenance
This section covers how to navigate the Voyage Maintenance sections.
The bar at the top of your screen is referred to within the guidance as the Global Navigation Bar.
The Global Navigation Bar
The Voyage Maintenance sections can be accessed from the Global Navigation Bar by selecting Manage and under Operations select Voyage Maintenance.
The following Visit Search page is returned:
The Left Hand Navigation
Whilst navigating the Voyage Maintenance section, you will see that the Left Hand Navigation provides options for additional information and actions related to Operations/Voyage Maintenance.
From the Voyage Maintenance Left Hand Navigation, you can:
Visit Search
View Visit Details
View Visit Status
Amend Visit
Cancel Visit
Copy Visit
View Visit Audit - see changes made to the visit
View Messages - related to the visit
Visit Register
Register a unique visit
Vessel Search 
View Vessel Details
Amend Vessel
Cancel (delete) Vessel
Audit Vessel – see changes made to vessel
Vessel Register
Register a unique vessel
You can collapse the Left Hand Navigation at any point by clicking on 
which may be useful if you are using Cargoes on a small screen such as a tablet or mobile phone.
When the Left Hand Navigation is in the collapsed view, you can still access the menu by clicking on the symbols associated with the sections (as per above). You can expand the Left Hand Navigation back to the full view at any time by clicking 
.
At the bottom left side of the screen you can access Help & Support pages and our T&Cs.
