Once you have logged in to Cargoes Export Lite, the dashboard page is autimatically returned.
The bar at the top of your screen is referred to within the guidance as the Global Navigation Bar and here you have:
The CARGOES logo on the left which you can click at any time, and you will be brought back to this dashboard page.
The MANAGE dropdown menu is used to access the main features of the product relating to OPERATIONS, SHIPMENT, REGISTRATION and MESSAGING.
The TRACK dropdown menu is used to access MESSAGING.
The CONFIGURE dropdown is to access ACCOUNT and SETTINGS.
The REPORT dropdown is to access REPORTS.
To the right of the Global Navigation Bar you will see the box displaying your site code and product type, for example SITE CODE – Export Lite Site.
Under the GLOBAL NAVIGATION BAR, you will see the Cargoes dashboard which has three boxes, Favourite Apps, Service Announcements and Training Resources.
Any relevant announcements that are currently affecting the services will be displayed here.
Any available training resources such as guidelines, training videos and additional information relating to the Cargoes Products can be accessed here.
From the website footer (the bar that runs along the bottom of the page) you can access information relating to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy and Contact Us page. When you click on any of these options you will be directed to the relevant CNS website page within a new tab.
By clicking on all sites & products linked to your user account will be displayed.You can switch sites and product type by selecting the relevant site & product from the dropdown option.
The icon will contain the first letter of your username. Click here to see your full username and access rights.
The icon will take you to the Notification Management Page, where you can access all notifications linked to your user account/company. If you have any new notifications, the icon will show the number of new notifications as per the following example.
The icon displays the default language that has been set up for your account when registering for Cargoes. You can change the language at any time by clicking onto the right and selecting the preferred language. There are currently 6 languages to choose from English (EN), Spanish (ES), French (FR), Dutch (NL) German (DE) and Polish (PL).
The last icon to the right, it will display a dropdown menu where you can access Company Search, User Profile or Logout.
This allows you to save your most frequently used pages so that you can access them directly from the dashboard. To add favourite apps, click and the following page will be returned where you can select the icon for the page you wish to make a favourite app and click CONFIRM YOUR SELECTION to save. You can click at any time to come back to the dashboard.
