This should be completed on confirmation that the consignment has physically arrived at the port of departure. The arrival of the UCR will change the customs entry status from pre-lodged to arrived which instigates route code allocation by HMRC.
Multiple UCR’s can be marked as ARRIVED at the same time. Refer to section ARRIVE MULTIPLE UCRS for more instructions.
Refer to UCR SEARCH to find the UCR that you wish to mark as arrived.
Once you have found the relevant UCR either via Export Lite Voyage search or the Export Lite UCR search, you can either arrive the UCR directly or view the UCR details before marking as arrived.
Option 2 -To view the UCR details before arriving, click anywhere on the UCR row to open the Manage Export Lite UCR page.
Once completed, click YES to proceed or NO to discard any changes.
Once saved, you will see a notification at the top of the page confirming the UCR# has been successfully arrived.
Option 1 - To arrive the UCR directly, click on the right of the UCR line and select ARRIVE UCR from the drop down menu.
