Refer to section VESSEL SEARCH to check if the visit has already been registered
If you are registering both a vessel and visit, this can be done at the same time. Refer to section VISIT REGISTRATION for more instructions.
From the Global Navigation Bar select Manage and under operations select Voyage Maintenance.

The lead shipping agent for the visit can be set when registering the visit, this can differ to the lead shipping agent for the previously registered vessel.
Complete the mandatory fields which are marked with an Asterix (*)
Site/Wharf Code
This will default to the 4-character site code and site name as per the site selection
Vessel Name*
Enter the vessel name
Enter the ship identification number (must be 7 digits)
Flag*
Enter the country of the ship’s flag by typing country name or IS country code and select from the search results.
Call Sign*
Enter the vessel’s Maritime Call Sign
Lead Shipping Agent
Once completed, click SUBMIT at the bottom right side of the page or RESET to clear the fields and re-enter the data.
A warning will appear if a duplicate IMO has already been registered to Cargoes. If this happens, re-enter a valid IMO number and click on SUBMIT.
Once submitted, you will see a notification at the top of the page confirming your vessel has been successfully registered. To remove the notification bar, click on DISMISS.
From the Left Hand navigation, select Vessel Register

This will default to the logged in Shipping Line. To amend this, once you have registered the vessel, see section .
The Vessel Search page is returned. To search for the registered vessel, enter the vessel name or IMO number in the search box and click .
