No option to load a UCR

A UCR can only be marked as LOADED once ARRIVED and also once permission to progress (P2P) has been granted (HMRC clearance), which will update the column Process Status to CLEARED.

If you attempt to load an uncleared UCR, a warning will inform you that the UCR status cannot be updated with its current Process Status.

Alternatively, HMRC may have placed a hold on the UCR. Refer to section UCR CUSTOMS STATUS & HOLDS for more information.

UCR Customs Clearance Status not available

Once a UCR has been marked as Arrived, an arrival message is sent to CHIEF/CDS which triggers the Clearance process. If the UCR has not been marked as arrived there will be no update to the clearance status.

Alternatively, if an invalid UCR number has been entered when registering the UCR in Cargoes, there will be no update to the clearance status. Refer to section UCR AMENDMENT for instructions on how to amend the UCR #.

Voyage departed but UCR was not loaded

Please refer to section SWAP VESSEL, to swap any UCRs that were not loaded to a departed voyage
