# Delete UCR via Export Lite UCR

A UCR may be deleted prior to arrival by the shipping line or ship’s agent. To delete an arrived UCR, it must first be unarrived, refer to section [UNARRIVE A UCR](/cargoes-community/export-lite/ucr/arrive-ucr/unarrive-a-ucr.md) for more instructions.

From the Global Navigation Bar select **Manage** and under **Shipment** select **Maritime Export.**

The **Export Lite Voyage Search** page is returned.

From the Left Hand navigation, select ![](/files/B4LbZWECcLSqhJ3gkCD2) ![](/files/9l9iBb0se8f4ayUiJbIX)**Export Lite UCR.**

The **Export Lite UCR Search** page is returned. To search for the relevant UCR, enter the **UCR #**, **the ETD date from** and the **ETD Date to** in the search box and click ![](/files/sAX3iv9LPqpVh7J6ZhxL).

When you start typing in the search box, it will show a drop down list of matching results which you can select from.

The search results can be sorted by any column header, by hovering over the chosen header and clicking on ![](/files/ZBi046zs5Yyric4k4o3L)which appears to the right of the column header.

You can also filter the results by vessel arrival/departure dates, by inputting the date in ‘**the ETA date from**’ and ‘**ETD date to**’ boxes to the right.&#x20;

To the right of the search box, you can also filter the results by:

* **UVI**
* **Loader**
* **Port of Destination**
* **Loader Reference #**&#x20;
* **UCR Status**
* **Process Status**

by clicking ![](/files/ulgSxgKuT6evyncGKHFT)and entering the additional search criteria in the fields that appear under the main search box.

The applied filters will show under the search box and can be removed at any time by clicking on ![](/files/iO39TBpK5NdHTODKFe4k) or alternatively you can remove all filters by clicking ![](/files/7mgkNdKenbA7LR5HUCh8)

**Option 1 -** Once you have found the relevant UCR in the search results, click![](/files/qWjNLQPcj7wvUAWrr8Eb) on the right of the UCR line and select **DELETE UCR** from the drop down menu.

**Option 2 -** To delete multiple UCRs, click to tick the boxes on the left of the list for all UCRs that you wish to delete. Once you have ticked at least one UCR, select **DELETE UCR(S)** which will appear on the right side of the page.

For both options, a pop up will appear to confirm that you want to delete the selected UCR(s) and there is an option to add notes. Once completed, click **YES** to proceed or **NO** to discard any changes.

Once the deleted, you will see a notification at the top of the page confirming the UCR has been successfully deleted.
