View UCR Hold (via Export Voyage)

Once a UCR has been marked as Arrived, an arrival message is sent to CHIEF/CDS which triggers the Clearance process.
If additional information/checks are required by HMRC, the UCR will be placed on hold and details of the hold will be shared via Cargoes.
From the Global Navigation Bar select Manage and under Shipment select Maritime Export.
When you start typing in the search box, it will show a drop down list of matching results which you can select from.
Once you have located the relevant Voyage/Visit, click anywhere on the voyage row to open the Manage Export Lite Voyage page.
Within the Manage Export Lite Voyage page, the first section shows the voyage/visit details.
Under the section Export Lite UCR Details, there is a list of UCRs that have already been linked to this visit/voyage.
To search a UCR, enter any of the following search criteria in the empty search fields and all matching UCR’s based on the search criteria will automatically appear in the UCR List as per below.

SOE
ROE
Hold Status
UCR Status
Process Status
The Hold Status will be either of the following:
A hold has been placed on the UCR
No hold has been placed on the UCR
To view the UCR hold details, click anywhere on the UCR row to open the Manage Export Lite UCR page.
The Manage Export Lite UCR page is returned. Within the Hold/Release section there is a list of Holds against this UCR.
Under the Hold list columns it will provide information about:
Hold Description
Hold Comments
Hold Creation Date
Release Comments
Release Date
Hold Status
HMRC may apply multiple holds against a single UCR for different reasons. Each Hold must be resolved before the clearance process can be completed.
Once HMRC have completed any necessary checks, they will update the status of the UCR hold to RESOLVED and the Hold/Release details will update with a Release Comment and Release Date/Time.
The Hold Audit: Customs Hold (C) page is returned displaying a full list list of all UCR hold updates and amendments, including the user who made the update/amendment and the time/date it was updated/amended.
The Export Lite Voyage Search page is returned. To search for the relevant visit, enter the vessel name or IMO number in the search box and click .
The search results can be sorted by any column header, by hovering over the chosen header and clicking on which appears to the right of the column header.

The applied filters will show under the search box and can be removed at any time by clicking on or alternatively you can remove all filters by clicking
If there are no search results, there may be too many filters or a typo in the search criteria, remove all applied filters by clicking . Alternatively, the visit has not yet been registered.
The search results can also be sorted by any column header, by hovering over the chosen header and clicking on which appears to the right of the column header.
Once you have found the relevant UCR in the search results, see columnfor UCR hold status.

From the Left Hand Navigation, select UCR Hold Details.
To view UCR amends/updates, click on the right of the UCR hold line and select HOLD AUDIT from the drop down menu.
Select Show More to see more details about the UCR Hold amendment.
