View UCR Customs Status (via Export Lite UCR)

This section explains how to use the UCR search function to specifically check UCR clearance status. If you're wanting to check the status of all UCRs within the system, use this search.

Once a UCR has been marked as Arrived, an arrival message is sent to CHIEF/CDS which triggers the Clearance process.

If additional information/checks are required, the UCR will be placed on hold, for more information refer to section VIEW HOLD. Upon receipt of a Permission to Progress (P2P) back from CHIEF/CDS the UCR record will update from NOT CLEARED to HMRC CLEARED.
