Manifest Reports

This section of the guidance covers how to create a new report that provides a full list of UCRs associated with a specific visit/voyage and filtered by UCR Status from the via Export Voyage.

From the Global Navigation Bar select Manage and under Shipment select Maritime Export.

The Export Lite Voyage Search page is returned. To search for the relevant visit, enter the Vessel Name or IMO number in the search box and click .

When you start typing in the search box, it will show a drop down list of matching results which you can select from.

The search results can be sorted by any column header, by hovering over the chosen header and clicking on which appears to the right of the column header.

Additional Search Filters

You can filter the results by vessel arrival/departure dates, by inputting the date in ‘the ETA date from’ and ‘ETD date to’ boxes to the right.

To the right of the search box, you can also filter the results by:

  • UVI

  • IMO

  • Port of Destination

  • Registered Shipping Line

  • Status

by clicking and entering the additional search criteria in the fields that appear under the main search box.

The applied filters will show under the search box and can be removed at any time by clicking on or alternatively you can remove all filters by clicking

If there are no search results, there may be too many filters or a typo in the search criteria, remove all applied filters by clicking . Alternatively, the visit has not yet been registered.

Once you have located the relevant Voyage/Visit, click anywhere on the voyage row to open the Manage Export Lite Voyage page.

Within the Manage Export Lite Voyage page, the first section shows the voyage/visit details.

Under the section Export Lite UCR Details, there is a list of UCRs that have already been linked to this visit/voyage.

From the Left Hand navigation, select Manifest Reports

The Manage Export Lite Voyage Report page is returned. Next select the report type from the list:

You can check view existing reports linked with this (visit) by selecting Click here to view existing reports in the top right side of the page

If a full list of all UCRs associated with a specific (visit/voyage) is required, select Full Manifest List.

The Create New Report page is returned. Next select the report type from the list:

Once you have selected report type, the Left Hand Navigation bar will automatically progress to the Report Details tab and the Report Type tab will now show a tick for completed.

The Report Details page is returned. In this example, the type of report selected was Arrived UCR list.

Enter the reference for the specific visit the report relates and enter the report name.

The reference can be found under the column UVI in the Export Lite Voyage Search. See section VISIT SEARCH for more instructions.

Next, select the preferred format type of the report. You can select CSV, Excel or PDF and on the right side of the page there is an option to select Send Email by clicking on .

Finally, select whether you would like to create the report now or whether to create a report schedule.

If you selected to create a schedule for this report, complete the following fields

Click and select either weekly or monthy from the drop down menu.

Scheduling Day

Click and select scheduling day from the drop down menu.

Schedule Start Date

Click on the calendar iconthen select the start date.

Schedule End Date

Click on the calendar iconthen select the end date.

Report Generation Time

Click and select either the report generation time from the drop down menu.

Schedule Name

Enter any internal references for this report schedule (no spaces).

Once completed, click GENERATE at the bottom right side of the page.

Once generated, you will see a notification at the top of the page confirming the report has been successfully generated/scheduled.
