Revert Frustrated UCR Status

This section of the guidance covers how to revert the UCR status from frustrated to arrived.

Additional information about this section

If a UCR is marked as frustrated in error, this is the function to revert the status back to ARRIVED. Once loaded and departed, the UCR status will update to GONE and an EDL message will be sent to CHIEF/CDS accordingly.

Refer to UCR SEARCH to find the UCR that you wish to revert from frustrated to arrived status.

Once you have found the relevant UCR, either via Export Lite Voyage search or the Export Lite UCR search, click anywhere on the UCR row to open the Manage Export Lite UCR page.

You can revert the UCR status either from the Manage Export Lite UCR page or from the UCR status page.

Option 1 - To revert the UCR status directly, click on the bottom right of page select CANCEL FRUSTRATE from the drop down menu.

Option 2 - To view the UCR status details before reverting, select UCR Status from the Left Hand navigation.

Select REVERT on the right of the status box.

With both options, a pop up will appear to confirm that you want to cancel the Frustrated Export Status and there is an option to add notes. Click YES to proceed or NO to discard any changes.

Once saved, you will see a notification at the top of the page confirming the UCR# has been successfully amended.
