Swap UCR
This section of the guidance covers how to swap UCRs to another visit/voyage.
From the Global Navigation Bar select Manage and under Shipment select Maritime Export.
The Export Lite Voyage Search page is returned. To search for the relevant visit, enter the vessel name or IMO number in the search box and click 
.
Additional Search Filters & Features
ÂYou can also filter the results by vessel arrival/departure dates, by inputting the date in ‘the ETA date from’ and ‘ETD date to’ boxes to the right.

Registered Shipping Line
Status
The applied filters will show under the search box and can be removed at any time by clicking on 
or alternatively you can remove all filters by clicking 
Once you have located the relevant Voyage/Visit, click anywhere on the voyage row to open the Manage Export Lite Voyage page.
Within the Manage Export Lite Voyage page, the first section shows the voyage/visit details.
Under the section Export Lite UCR Details, there is a list of UCRs that have already been linked to this visit/voyage.
From here you can either swap an individual UCR via the Manage Export Lite UCR page, or swap UCR(s) from the Manage Export Lite Voyage page.
Option 1 - To swap an individual UCR, click anywhere on the UCR row to open the Manage Export Lite UCR page. Click
on the bottom right of page select SWAP UCR from the drop down menu.
The Swap UCR page is returned. Next, enter the details of the visit you wish to swap the UCR over to, by either typing the vessel name, or the UVI into the Target UVI/ Vessel Name field . This will return back a list of results via a smart search. Once the required visit has been entered, select SWAP to proceed or CANCEL to go back.
Target / Vessel Name
Enter the reference or vessel name for the target visit.
From this page, you can also update the Port of destination by clicking 
and selecting the new port from the drop down menu.
Option 2 -To swap UCR(s) from the Manage Export Lite Voyage page, select 
Swap UCRs from the Left Hand Navigation.
The Export Lite Voyage Search page is returned. Next, enter the details of the visit you wish to swap the UCR(s) over to.
Shipping Line*
Enter the Shipping Line name or their 11 digit code by typing the first 3 letters/digits and select from the search results.
Target / Vessel Name
Enter the reference or vessel name for the target visit.
Once you have entered the Target UVI / Vessel Name, the Target Voyage Details will be displayed and within the UCR details section there is a list of the UCRs registered to the current visit.
Select the tick box(es) on the left side of the UCR row, for all UCRs that you wish to swap over to the target visit/voyage.
Once the UCR(s) have been selected, click SWAP at the bottom right side of the page.
A pop up will appear to confirm that you want to swap the UCR(s) to the Target Voyage. Select YES to proceed and NO to go back.
Once completed, you will see a notification at the top of the page confirming the UCR(s) has been successfully swapped.
The Manage Export Lite Voyage page is returned showing the updated visit details.
