Only users that have admin access are able to revert a voyage status from departed back to registered.
Refer to VISIT SEARCH to find the visit that you wish to amend.
Once you have found the relevant visit, click anywhere on the visit row to open the Manage Visit page.
To revert the visit status from VOYAGE DEPARTED back to VOYAGE REGISTERED, select REVERT which appears to the right of the voyage status box.
A pop-up will appear to confirm that you want to revert the voyage status back to undeparted (registered) and there is an option to add notes. Once completed, click YES to proceed or NO to discard any changes.
Once saved, you will see a notification at the top of the page confirming the voyage has been reverted successfully to voyage registered.
Next, from the Left Hand Navigation, select Visit Status
