Depart Voyage
Once the vessel departs, the UCR status will be automatically updated which will update the customs entry status from arrived to departed.

Once the voyage status is marked as DEPARTED, all UCRs associated to this visit with a LOADED status will now automatically update to UCR GONE.
UCRs associated to this visit that have not been marked as LOADED, will need to be swapped to another visit. See section SWAP UCR for more instructions.
Refer to VISIT SEARCH to find the visit that you wish to amend.
Once you have found the relevant visit/voyage, click anywhere on the visit row to open the Manage Visit page.
You can select a date/time up to 24 hours in the past, however it is not possible to select a future date/time.
Once completed, click SAVE to proceed or CANCEL to discard any changes.
Once saved, you will see a notification at the top of the page confirming the voyage status has been successfully updated to voyage departed.
Now the voyage status is marked as DEPARTED, all UCRs associated to this visit with a LOADED status will now automatically update to UCR GONE.
Next, from the Left Hand Navigation, select Visit Status
Select the Visit status by clicking and selecting VOYAGE DEPARTED from the drop down menu.
An additional box will appear below the status box, click on the calendar iconthen select the date and approximate time the voyage departed and select to validate.
