Copy UCR via Export Lite UCR
If you would like to copy a UCR from a list of all UCRs within the system follow this section.
Additional information about this section
If you have multple UCRs that have the same port of destination, shipping line, final destination, loader reference, this function is designed to simplify the inputting of UCRS by copying over that common information. The UCR# number will always need to be inputted. If you want to copy a UCR from a list of all UCRs within the system follow this section.
From the Global Navigation Bar select Manage and under Shipment select Maritime Export.

The Export Lite Voyage Search page is returned.

From the Left Hand Navigation, select
Export Lite UCR.

The Export Lite UCR Search page is returned. To search for the relevant UCR, enter the UCR #, the ETD date from and the ETD Date to in the search box and click
.
When you start typing in the search box, it will show a drop down list of matching results which you can select from.
The search results can be sorted by any column header, by hovering over the chosen header and clicking on
which appears to the right of the column header

Additional Search Filters
You can also filter the results by vessel arrival/departure dates, by inputting the date in ‘the ETA date from’ and ‘ETD date to’ boxes to the right.
To the right of the search box, you can also filter the results by:
UVI
Loader
Port of Destination
Loader Reference #
UCR Status
Process Status
by clicking
and entering the additional search criteria in the fields that appear under the main search box.
The applied filters will show under the search box and can be removed at any time by clicking on
or alternatively you can remove all filters by clicking ![]()
Once you have found the relevant UCR in the search results, click
on the right of the UCR line and select COPY UCR from the drop down menu.

The Register Export Lite UCR page is returned:
UCR details are copied over except for the UCR#. All fields are editable.
Complete the mandatory fields which are marked with an asterix (*)

If you tick the small box to the right of the UCR # field, this will force through an invalid UCR format. See Section FAQs & Troubleshooting to find out when the UCR # may not adhere to the standard UCR format.
UCR # *
This is a unique reference assigned to the consignment and is the means by which the user and HMRC can identify goods to the trader records. It must be minimum 12 to maximum 35 characters.
Part #
Copied over - to amend enter no more than 3 characters
Booking Reference #
Copied over - to amend enter any internal booking reference (no more than 11 characters).
Port of Destination (PoD)*
Copied over - to amend enter the port of destination by typing port name or port code and select from the search results.
Final destination
Copied over - to amend enter the final destination by typing port name or port code and select from the search results.
Loader*
Copied over - to amend enter the loader name or their 11 digit code by typing the first 3 letters/digits and select from the search results.
Loader Reference*
Copied over - to amend enter any internal references (no more than 10 characters)
At the bottom right side of the page, there will be the following options to tick before submitting:

Both these options will open the Register Export Lite UCR page so that you can link another UCR # to the visit.
Copy and add another UCR
Tick and when you click SUMBIT, all the UCR details except the UCR#, part # and Booking Reference are copied over.
Add another UCR
Tick this and when you click SUMBIT, all UCR fields are empty.
Once completed click SUBMIT at the bottom right side of the page or RESET to cancel.
Once submitted, you will see a notification at the top of the page confirming your UCR has been successfully registered.

The Manage Export Lite Voyage page is returned and the registered UCR will now appear in the UCR list.
