Update Multiple UCR Port of Destination (POD)

If you would like to amend the port of destination (POD) associated with multiple UCRs, this function allows a single update instead of an individual process.

The UCR POD can be updated once the UCR is registered. It is no longer possible to update the UCR POD once the UCR is marked as LOADED. To update the POD for a loaded UCR, it must first be unloaded, refer to section UNLOAD A UCR for more instructions.

From the Global Navigation Bar select Manage and under Shipment select Maritime Export.

The Export Lite Voyage Search page is returned. To search for the relevant visit, enter the Vessel Name or IMO number in the search box and click .

When you start typing in the search box, it will show a drop down list of matching results which you can select from.

The search results can be sorted by any column header, by hovering over the chosen header and clicking on which appears to the right of the column header.

Additional Search Filters

You can filter the results by vessel arrival/departure dates, by inputting the date in ‘the ETA date from’ and ‘ETD date to’ boxes to the right.

To the right of the search box, you can also filter the results by:

• UVI

• IMO

• Port of Destination

• Registered Shipping Line

• Status

by clicking and entering the additional search criteria in the fields that appear under the main search box.

The applied filters will show under the search box and can be removed at any time by clicking on or alternatively you can remove all filters by clicking

If there are no search results, there may be too many filters or a typo in the search criteria, remove all applied filters by clicking . Alternatively, the visit has not yet been registered.

Once you have located the relevant Voyage/Visit, click anywhere on the voyage row to open the Manage Export Lite Voyage page.

Within the Manage Export Lite Voyage page, the first section shows the voyage/visit details.

Under the section Export Lite UCR Details, there is a list of UCRs that have already been linked to this visit/voyage.

To search a UCR, enter any of the following search criteria in the empty search fields and all matching UCR’s based on the search criteria will automatically appear in the UCR List as per below.

• UCR #

• Loader Reference #

• PoD

• SOE

• ROE

• Hold Status

• UCR Status

• Process Status

The search results can also be sorted by any column header, by hovering over the chosen header and clicking on which appears to the right of the column header.

Once you have found the relevant UCRs in the search results, select the tick boxes for all the UCRs that you wish to update the POD.

Next click on the right of the UCR line and select POD UPDATE from the drop down menu.

A pop up will appear to confirm that you want to update the UCRs POD. Select the new POD by clicking and selecting the port name from the drop down menu.

Once completed, click UPDATE to proceed or CANCEL to discard any changes.

Once saved, you will see a notification at the top of the page confirming the UCR# has been successfully updated.
