Search File Upload
Use this section to view the status of file uploads and access historic upload records.
From the Global Navigation Bar select Manage and under messaging select File Upload.
The File Upload - Search page is returned. To search, enter the upload ID in the search box or select document type or upload status and click 
.
The search results can be sorted by any column header, by hovering over the chosen header and clicking on 
which appears to the right of the column header.
To the right of the search box, you can also filter the results by Upload Date From, Upload Date To, Container # and Reference No. by clicking 
and entering the additional search criteria in the fields that appear under the main search box.
The applied filters will show under the search box and can be removed at any time by clicking 
or alternatively remove all applied filters by clicking 
.
Once you have found the relevant File Upload in the search results, you can see the File Upload details by clicking on the Upload ID number.
The View Upload Details page is returned.
Under the column Status, if the file has been uploaded sucessfully, it will show as TRANSMITTED. To view the list in CSV format, click 
at the right of the page.
To view the uploaded file, click on the hyperlink under the attachment column on the top right side.
Under the column Status, if the UCR has failed to upload, it will show as FAILED. The fail reason can be found in the remarks column. To view the file, click at the right side of the page.
