Introduction to Great Britain Safety and Security

As part of the UK leaving the EU on 31st January 2020, new border controls have been introduced for Safety and Security processes applicable to imports from all countries into Great Britain, inclusive of the EU. Safety and Security declarations would be required for goods moving into Great Britain electronically.

The Safety and Security Declarations should contain accurate data for Cargoes/Consignment entering Great Britain. From 31st January 2025, Safety and Security will be required for EU imports into Great Britain.
