Bulk Upload

Bulk Upload function allows user to add multiple declaration in a file and load it to the Cargoes.

To access the bulk upload function, navigate to the Cargoes Safety and Security page and select 'Bulk Declaration' as below:

This opens the bulk upload page for user to upload the file from the local device.

To ensure all declarations are captured, the 'Download Template' function downloads the sample excel file with all the details of the fields for user to add up the relevant details in the file template.

Once the details of the excel has been completed, user can then upload the file by clicking the 'Add File' tab.

User is prompted to add updated file with required declaration details from the local device

The added file is visible on the page so user is sure the file has been added. Click the 'Submit' tab

A pop up appears on the screen to inform user that the file is being processed.

To check the status of the file upload and the declaration, click on the 'view' tab and that redirects user to the Upload details page as below:

VIEW ALL UPLOADS

From the view upload details page, user can navigate to 'Back to search' and that opens the search function for the bulk upload.

User will be able to view all the uploads within the screen and the respective statuses

Should the user click on the Upload Id, that opens the details for that upload as below:

User can also make use of the 'Uploads' tab to add a new bulk file upload.

Add the file

Once the file has been successfully added, click submit . The file upload success message is displayed.

Once the uploads have been successfully submitted, all the declaration within the file upload is listed individually on the history page with their respective statuses. This function indicates users can create multiple declaration at the same time using the bulk upload function.
