Search Declaration

Users can search the Safety & Security declarations based on the Users search criteria. Shown below is the default Search Declaration page, provided with multiple parameters like :

• LRN, MRN, Commercial Reference Number

• Status Date (Declaration status updated on) – Dates From & To

• ETA

• Declaration Country

• Office of First Entry

• Transport Reference Number

• Declaration Status (Current)

• EORI

• Party (Consignee/Consignor/Person Lodging Summary Declaration)

To View Advanced Search options, Users can click the arrow (highlighted below)

That opens additional search criteria

• Users can multi select the dropdown for the Status search

• The user can also perform the blank search, without entering values in any of the search parameters, in this case the system will return all previously submitted declarations.
