Using the Safety and Security Dashboard

The Safety & Security Dashboard is where all the users' created declarations are shown. The dashboard screen facilitates the users to search and action on the declarations, using the standard parameters such as ‘Search by LRN / MRN / Commercial Reference Number / ETA and many other search parameters provided as part of Advanced search.

Users also will be able to sort the Search Results by clicking on any of the headers.

The search results are sorted by default on the ‘LRN’ along with individual sort filter on each of the column to provide more in-depth filtering.

User can perform further actions for each declaration by the icon placed next to each of the declaration records. User would be able to edit or copy declarations depending on the declaration status.

Update/Edit Declaration

• To update/edit a Declaration (Depending on the current Status) - The user is presented with a pen icon, upon clicking the icon, the declaration opens for users to make updates as below:

Copy Declaration

• (Create a new declaration by copying the existing) - If the new declaration contains a lot of similar data to an entry that's been summitted previously, User has the option to copy a previous declaration. To do this, user is presented with a 3 dot icon to perform this action as highlighted below:

This populates the data from the previous declaration to the new one.

Please note that not all the fields will be copied over, and user will be required to make necessary updates.
