Search Results

Once a declaration search is made, the results will be shown in the Search Results on the Dashboard screen. By default, the search results are sorted by the ‘newest LRN’ date time.

In addition, there are sorting options available on each of the columns of the search results.

The Safety & Security Dashboard provides the primary data of the declaration such as LRN, MRN, Commercial Reference Number, Transport Reference Number, ETA, Status Date, Office of First Entry along with the Status of the Declaration.

Users can click on the icon (Highlighted below) on the left of the entry's LRN to view additional information; Consignor, Consignee, Total Items and Total Gross Mass after the search results is returned.
