Carrier	The company transporting the goods
EORI	The EORI number of the company transporting the goods.
Name & Address Details	Name and address of Carrier

If non GB EORI has been provided, Name and address of Carrier fields are completed as required. This means that for non GB EORI, user is to provide both the non GB EORI and the full address.
