Declaration Country

The Country to which the declaration will be submitted.

Declaration Place

Where the user creating the declaration is currently located. For example: if the individual submitting the declaration is currently sitting in an office based in London, this is the location that must be entered here.

Commercial Reference Number

Further reference numbers to support identification of the declaration.

Declarant EORI

This is the EORI of the company or individual who is submitting the declaration.

Office of First Entry

This is the port code of the customs office where the goods will first enter the destination country.

Office of Lodgement

Declarant Branch

This is a number of your choosing but should be exactly ten characters in length. E.g.1000000000”.
