Item Details: Introduction

Each item within the consignment needs to be added individually to the declaration.

To add an item, click the ‘Add New Item’ button in the top-right of the screen as shown below:

This opens a new page for user to fill details relating to the item as below:

Once all necessary item details have been added, the save button turns blue and user can save the item

The item is then listed on the Items page.

After all items have been added, click 'Continue' to proceed to the next page.

Please note that if the 'Continue' button is greyed out, this means all necessary fields have not been filled.
